Make the meals that will keep your body thin

If you are on a strict diet, many fattening foods look tempting. However, there are delicious meals available for anyone who wants to beat back those cravings and get the fundamental nutrition they need. If you wish to stay thin you have to cut fat and carbohydrates out of your diet. This does not mean your diet has to be strict, but you will need smaller portions that will keep your stomach full. Small portions of grilled marinated chicken is a good healthy food that is full of protein. This meal does take a bit of time to make, approximate 8 hours, so be its imperative that you ready the chicken the night before. To give the chicken breast some extra zest, use dried herbs such as oregano, bay leaves, and parsley. Kosher ground black pepper will also give it a flavorful seasoning. A small salad is a healthy way to get your needed vitamin A and C. You can add orange slices to it or make it a spinach salad with virgin olive oil.

Sicilian Easter Soup:

This Italian soup has Romano and ricotta cheese, chicken or beef, and a tasty blend of herbs. If you are watching your weight, you can serve yourself a small bowl since its quite filling, although its very healthy since it includes all vitamin groups. Sicilian soup is a cinch to make, just pour broth and water in a saucepan and mix up your meat and cheese, dropping them into the boiling water. After blending, let it simmer before you pour in the herb mix.

Spinach and Mushroom Quiche:

Quiche are great healthy meal for anyone who needs to cut back on portions. These small breads topped with spinach, mushrooms, and your choice of greens are not only healthy, they’re appetizing too. These take about an hour to make and you will need olive oil, your favorite type of mushrooms, a blend of spinach and herbs, black pepper, and ricotta or fontina cheese. Cut small rolls in half and place your ingredients on top of them. Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes until they’re nice and crispy.
